last minute dinner…

Last night when I got back from work I had prawns to use up and no idea what to make so I decided to tackle a prawn korma recipe. Not only did I discover a delicious tea but also an amazingly easy recipe! Just soften some garlic and onion in a pan before adding either prawns or chicken. Add to this half a teaspoon each of turmeric, ground coriander, curry powder, cumin and mixed spice. Fry off the spices before adding a teaspoon of tomato puree, a mug of chicken stock and a swirl of double cream. Simmer to thicken. Delish 🙂
